Too Firm
Bought it for my extra room. All my quests said it was too firm and felt like they were sleeping on a board. Had to buy a different one.

12 inch, medium Euro top, VERY disappointing- DO NOT BUY
After many hours of searching, reading reviews and confirming certiPUR, fiberglass free, made in the US and many happy customer reviews; I purchase a 12 inch, medium Euro top. The first 2 images below show where the springs come up to. There are certainly not 3 layers of foam above that, and no 'Euro top'. The third picture I confirm the springs can be felt through the top of the mattress. I also selected medium, but this is more of a firm, very firm feel. I looked on the outside of package to see if maybe the wrong mattress was sent, but there was not indication/confirmation on the plastic wrap or box, that the one ordered is the one sent. While the heading on Amazon indicates 366 night trial, I am unclear how anyone would return this mattress as it literally burst out of the plastic wrap when the tool provide was used to open the plastic wrap. I am baffled by all the great reviews. How does anyone find this mattress comfortable with the springs felt through the top?
