I absolutely love the Govee x The Wild Robot Curtain Lights 2—they're honestly one of the coolest things I've ever added to my space. The lights are super vibrant and detailed thanks to the 520 LED beads, and the animations are so smooth. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the whole GIF display, but it’s amazing how clear and fun the visuals are.One of my favorite parts is how customizable they are. There’s this DIY feature where you can create your own animations or upload images and GIFs—it’s so much fun to play around with! Whether it’s for a party or just to match my mood, I can always find (or create) something that fits perfectly.The AI feature is also really cool. You can chat with the Govee AI bot and come up with unique lighting effects based on whatever theme or idea you want. I’ve made some wild designs just for fun, and it’s so easy to do.There are also a ton of preset scenes and music modes. I love how the lights sync up with music—it’s perfect for setting a vibe during a party or even just chilling at home.On top of all that, the smart control makes life so easy. I can adjust everything with the app or just ask Alexa to change the lights for me. No hassle at all.What really impressed me is how versatile they are. They’re available in different sizes and even work outside because they’re waterproof. I’ve used them for both indoor decorating and outdoor setups, and they look incredible everywhere.If you’re thinking about getting these, do it. They’re fun, creative, and seriously next-level for anyone who loves cool lighting.

These are the perfect addition to an holiday light display or holiday light show. They are worth every penny! The app has preloaded displays for many holidays or even abstract designs. You can make your own designs as well. There is a community with many users who upload their designs—we utilized a lot of the many shared designs and created kid friendly Christmas displays that a lot of the neighborhood kids loved!We used Velcro and molding to attach these to the garage and used cord channel to “weight” the strands to the garage so they can move freely as we open and close the garage door.The garage door does function as normal. I love that there is a schedule feature in the app so that the lights came on for the holiday display and I didn’t have to do anything. There are also features where it can rotate through several designs (and you can decide how long for each design). We used the design feature on the app to make a happy birthday display for one of our kiddos and did a fireworks countdown on New Years.The lights are able to be dimmed or brightened. In my photo they are dimmed as they are EXTREMELY bright! The colors are accurately displayed versus what you see on the designs on the app.I’ve since purchased other Govee products now and have been highly impressed with each one. There’s a great support online with users and their company if you need any help or direction with utilization or installation.If you’re looking for a way to do a light show without having to buy controllers, pixels, channels, and program everything this is the way to go; time conscious and the price is worth it. Highly recommend.

Really great product!! The lights themselves are sick. You can do all these really cool designs, and different patterns and animations/gifs, it’s almost like it’s a huge low-res screen you can put behind your curtains. Overall super cool product, and I recommend it! Also Govee themselves a really good brand all of their products last a long time. Also very high-quality and if something is wrong, the customer service from Govee is outstanding. They will definitely take care of you. Can’t go wrong with this product five out of five.

Got this a couple of weeks before Halloween this year and put it out front as part of our display. So many fun animations and not hard to make your own.It's bright enough to see in day light and has to have brightness turned down after dark. So it works for nearly anything except sunny/direct sunlight.Problem is after only 2 weeks one of the lights stuck red always on. Even after resetting the unit the one light was always on even when unit turned off. This lasted for several days until it went off and now that one light no longer has red. It will light the other colors, but the red is dead.For this price it should last more than a couple of weeks.I have quite a few Govee lights, but I won't be buying more of these for my other windows.EDIT: Raising to 4 stars because I received a purely no hassle refund and that says a lot about a brand.This space is growing rapidly and I expect some level of early defect/breakage on products. As long as a company stands up for those products and does the right thing it is a risk I will still take.As I said, I have quite a few other Govee products. I have had some of their inside lights for several years without any major issues. Only one sting of LED's that for some reason is slow to respond to commands, but that's it. I also have some other outside stuff that I have not had long enough to claim victory on, but so far so good.I will probably hold off on these tear drop products (Curtain, net, and icicle) for now and see how they improve/perform over the next year or two before revisiting them, but they are fun to play with. YMMV

I love Govee lights. Once I figured out how to connect them to my other set of Govee Curtain 2, I was so pleased. Directions on internet were not accurate. There is no splicing, it's called "grouping" and it worked like a charm.
