These work great! I have them strategically placed them around my balcony using eye screws to secure them for working out… they have held up… and my lazy ass looks better and feels better because of them!!!

Fast shipping and bands seem of good quality! Have been using them daily and definitely get a really good workout with them! The extra straps and door jammer are great too! Very nice overall I recommend these for at home workouts.

I returned mine. I purchased the 20-60lb “what a fit” brand bands and they are fantastic. I wanted to get heavier bands and got these because they were cheap and has a 10lb and heavier ones. But… They suck. The resistance is much lighter than advertised for 90% of the stretched length and then it gets very hard right at max length. The other bands have a smooth linear resistance that feels much better. I think the difference is the rubber as the other bands are 100% latex and these may be something different.

Price was good and it is what I expected. I work out at home and this gives me lots of options.

This set has a great assortment of bands. They work great and have held up. There are thin and thick ones, so you can put a lot of resistance. They flex and don't kink.
