Zestlife Glucosamine & Chondroitin with Ester C & Calcium 60 Capsules - High Strength Joint Care.

As a triathlete and in my mid 40’s, I have been getting joint pain in my hips so I thought I’d give these supplements ago. I’ve taken these for 3 weeks and the sore joint pain has lessened to the point I am now running 3 times a week again. I have just ordered my next months supply, so I do recommend you give these ago and see if they work for you. There are lots of comments about the size of the tablets. I had swallowing pills and it’s a joke in my family watching me try and swallow tablets, however I’m managing to swallow these without gipping, so they can’t be that bad. I have osteoarthritis in both thumbs and joint pain in knees and elbows, at 58 I have been feeling old and used up. However, since taking this 2 capsules a day for a couple of weeks I am feeling much more comfortable and active. Give it a couple of months and I might feel 40 again!The capsules are easy to swallow - unlike the horse pills of some Glucosamine products - and I like the fact that they have calcium in them because I am lactose intolerant and need a supplement to compensate. I have notice no side effects at all from taking these capsules, they are not harsh on the stomach. I am happy to recommend this reasonably- priced and effective product to anyone whose joints are starting to feel their age (or older).

I'm taking these to hopefully help with knee pain as I am unable to take nsaids or the pain relief creams containing these drugs. I've been taking 2 a day as recommended and there does seem to be a slight improvement, I also use the cream to massage into my knee morning and night, having read some reviews from customers who have found relief, I'm hopeful.

I am so pleased that I decided to try these after reading their reviews on Amazon.For such a long time I have had problems with aching legs,especially at night,but after a relatively short time I am noticing an improvement,(less stiffness when getting up).No problems with my tummy,as I think the added Ester C is certainly helping.Give them a try!

The Zestlife Glucosamine capsules have helped to improve a knee problem I have had for over a year, after taking these for a few weeks the pain has reduced and my mobility has improved. I would recommend these to anyone with joint problems.

Not much to say about this. The product appears good quality, packaging good and capsules easy to use.

I've been suffering with knee pain for several months and when my elbow started I decided to try this product. As others have said, give it time, but after about 3 weeks I've definitely seen an improvement, to the point where my knee hardly bothers me now. I'll definitely be taking this regularly now.

I have a feeling that amongst the supplements I am currently taking, these are the most beneficial of the lot. I still have a few more left but I intend placing a further order oce the current supply is used up. I originally purchased these on SPECIAL OFFER and I note they are still offered at a reduced price.
