Very soft little fella! We did not purchase as it came free with our Kidzone riding toy but my son enjoys it.

Advertised as a separate gift for buying a bumper cart toy but it is super soft and the little one loves him

The toy makes an impression. The max speed is like a promenade. It has to be assembled by the buyer. The motors are very noisy, louder than the car's music, and driving it on a sandy pavement creates even more noise from the car's plastic wheels. I should probably research for some adhesive rubber strips to stick it around the wheels to address this.
