I really like this cream, made from natural products. I have a hand condition that causes aching pain, and this cream really helps to alleviate this. Easy to apply, it is quickly absorbed into the skin, and within minutes, a warming sensation is experienced in the hands. It is both soothing and relaxing. I also use it for back and shoulder pain caused by old sports injuries.

Excellent product. I have tried several other gel, creams, and oils. This is the first gel to literally relieve my pain and allow me to be mobile for the first time in almost two years. It applies very easily and is absorbed within minutes leaving the skin sliky smooth. No stickiness or residue. I cannot recommend this product enough. Just one thing to be aware of, it is very warm the first time it is applied. After the second application it is less so. However, it is still effective.

Without doubt this is the best massage gel I have tried so far. Just one persistent, frustrating, problem; with every new bottle the cap is sealed with transparent plastic which is difficult to see and equally difficult remove when you finally realise what the problem is. A coloured, peelable seal would be a great advantage for poorly sighted arthritis sufferers.

I have arthritic pain in many joints, and neck /shoulders, I had previously used the blue pernaton, Cooling then gentle heat. Not always effective, This red pernaton is seriously warming, My Osteopath said heat, not cooling when I have flare ups, Decided to try this one as I cannot get comfortable with the pain in my neck and shoulders, and feel desperate to do something before I try to get to sleep tonight, having had 3 poor nights not getting comfy, I put the gel on liberally, smells nice and spicy, gradual build up of heat, (A comforting feeling of sitting with my back to a lovely log fire, on a cold winters night, as I did sometimes as a child.) the heat has lasted 1 hour, so far it just feels warming now, the pain in my neck has eased somewhat. Edit: I had a comfortable night, only a little pain, applied it the next night I had another good nights sleep,

i've been using this daily for months (and months and months) now, and can say it's done wonders for my muscles after long bouts of cardio it's fantastic to use after a shower and does has the exact right amount of heat to it does not sting like other brands, at least not for me 10/10, treat your muscles!

This product is very successful in treating joint damage and discomfort. Trying it is the best proof. It has a pleasant smell and you can feel it working.
