Q: Approximately how much shingle does each base grid take, so I can order correct amount

I brought a tonne bag and needed a couple more to fill the edges, but my ground wasnt completely flattened first, so a tonne bag maybe enough if you prepare the area properly

Q: Can i fill the base with 20mm gravel?

Yep, that’s what I did but to make it more solid i threw a bag of cement powder over it, jumped up and down in them so the cement powder worked it’s way through the stones they sprayed it with water . When it set it was a solid shed base.

Q: How many grids are in this pack 14x10 pack

Not certain but think it’s around 25…it’s over 2 years since it was put down so can’t remember properly. Think there were 2 large boxes and 1 slightly smaller one when they were delivered

Q: Which other things are needed to make complete base

Lay where you want to put your shed and then pack with shingle that’s what we did and it was good for our 10x14 logcabin hope this helps
