Where can I find a speed controller

Sorry I don't know. Mine has a three speed switch so I never had to look further. My grandson rides on speed 2 which is plenty fast for my driveway.

What is the length from the seat to the pedal?

Not sure of the length but it's pretty tight if you're more than 4.6 inches tall.

Where can I buy tires for this thing? My experience with go karts on pavement is that tires are a regular maintenance item.
