I'm not a big guy (5'11; 165 lbs) but the straps on the item are not long enough to reach. I have to wear it upside down just to reach the straps from the shoulders, but i don't know if the harass was designed to be worn upside down. It seems like an easy problem to fix. Just make the straps longer. It seems like they were trying to save a few dollars in costs.

It is comfortable and does what I hoped to prevent slouching shoulders.

I wanted to try this after having limited success with PT for upper back issues. It may work, but not for older people, it sits so high at the back that you need to have someone help you fit and adjust it. It's also difficult to remove. If you're very flexible and in your 20's-40's it's probably fine. I'll try a different make/model.

This thing is really thin and flimsy. I had to tighten it to the point that it cut off circulation to get any support, and even then it was minimal.

Worst $27 I ever spent. Flimsy and poorly made product. If I kept it, it definitely won’t last for more than a week…

I had to pull the straps ALL the way and still too big. I am 5'5 and 120 lbs.

It seems to help train me to sit up strait, but it is very uncomfortable and I find myself taking it off after a short period of time. May try one with abdominal support as well, maybe one with more shoulder padding too.
