This is not my first rodeo on Mini PCs, I got 2~3 years ago Mini PC's from Beelink with Ryzen 7 5800H and Ryzen 7 6800H CPU's. It was time for an upgrade with something having an Oculink port so I can use an external GPU with it. I always put 64GB RAM(2x32GB DDR5-5600) on my machines so I can set 16GB of iGP memory and left 48GB of RAM for Win11 Pro operations. Performs like a Champ, will install a secondary NVMe to have 3TB total of storage. Win11 Pro came with, runs very fast. I'm currently using it as an audiophile MiniPC with Creative BT-W6, Fiio BTA 30 Pro and iFi Zen Blue 3 all, hook up to Bosgame M4 Neo Mini PC so I can use my Sennheiser and Sony TWS's and also with my Anker Bluetooth Speakers. Huge jump on iGP with Radeon 780m compared to Radeon 680m and specially weighted against Radeon Vega 8 from Ryzen 7 5800H Mini PC. Will order a BOSGAME eGPU Docking Station GVP7600 XT or a competitor when it drops its price a little. Pros: Silent and I run it in performance mode at all times. 4 USB ports on front, 2xUSB-C ports and 2xUSB-A ports. Rock Solid Stable so far. Cons: When I reboot the MiniPC, sometimes(happened twice already) it doesn't recognize my external USB WIFI 7 card, to be able to fix it, I have to use windows "network network problems" tool and is fixed in 1~2 seconds. Once, after an win11 update, there was no windows 11 booting screen, so I had to manually turn it off and turn it back on again.

Awesome little pc. I needed something to run games and heavy software, but didnโt want to spend 1500 on a pc. This runs extremely well for everything I needed it to, was easy to setup, and was very well priced. 5 stars

I'm sure it works well if I didn't need to have a 2nd ssd in it but I do need that 2nd ssd in. For some odd reason, the screw that secures the 2nd ssd is different and can't be removed. It's unfortunate because I've bought the H77 and that one just works well. BTW, I don't know what's up but someone who reviewed this exact same item from another seller, a customer who put up pics of the insides of his M1, shows a better way to secure the 2nd SSD. That's not what I have. I honestly don't understand why I have a stuck screw from this M1 from this particular seller.

I had been very happy with the unit as it had been a quiet, reliable, and budget friendly video encoder for archiving all of my relatives' family videos and was acting as my primary media pc. Just 14 days short of a year the unit powered off and would not power back on. After working with their very responsive technical support, they are replacing it with a current nearest equivalent newer and faster unit as the particular exact type of unit with the issue is no longer available.

Purchased in Mai, asked for thec July 30th Purchased a little more than 4 months ago Software glitchy to begin whit Used it for 3 months as a second computer for workflow (organizing files, zip file as back up..) Shut down 2 times on me and a 3th time to never open again.. Took me about 1 week to get a hold of tech support, then I ad two of them, one helped whit troubleshooting (witch never worked) second offered a return/replacement..I sent it expressed whit signature to there Calgary facility. I had to let them know that Canada post left a vignette to pick it up, they ended up picking it up(I have signature) but never sent replacement When I asked again they told me that the tech Suport employee was not working there anymore and that they did not knew the Email convos. I re sent my s/n and coordination plus all of the conversation (witch is usually attached to the email) and they said they would contact me again, waited again, no news..sent them a final message telling them that if they would not honour there warranty I would take action..they said they would send one asap, still nothing Not professional, would Strongly not recommend, itโs a shame really
