Replacement received - Good customer service by Zonemel
The item stopped working 2 weeks after the return period so I am not able to get a refund or exchange. I would not recommend this product unless a refund or exchange is granted. The product could just 1 bad apple of the batch, but I don't know.7/24/22 - update. Recently, Zonemel has reached out to me and replaced the defective steamer after the Amazon return period expired (about 6 weeks after purchase). I have to give Zonemel an acknowledgment that they are a fair and reputable company to take care of my issue that occurred within a reasonable amount time after the purchase. One can feel more at ease when a making a purchase from good company. I update my review to 4.0 stars based on the customer service. Hopefully, the steamer will work fine and I can then give them 4.5 to 5 stars.
