Honey is sweet food substance produced by bees. Bees extracted nectar from plants. The nectar passing through regurgitation and enzymatic activity is deposit in wax structures called honeycombs. Honey gets its sweetness from monosaccharides fructose and glucose and has about the same relative sweetness as granulated sugar.
