Try a bag and thank me later.
We were gifted a bag of this delectable coffee by our son and his new wife, who were honey-mooning in the D.R. last summer. The finely ground coffee has a slight red tint. pleasant aroma, and the smooth flavor is quite mellow, never sharp. Our new favorite morning brew, that I wish I could afford to share with more of our coffee loving friends.

Smooth and fruity
I really like this coffee. I prepared it using pour over and it turned out delicious. It is very smooth and tastes great black or with some cream and sugar. Recommended!

Potentially the Best Coffee
I get a lot of coffee on here and have been lucky to try many different varieties. This has been one of my favorites. Starting off with the vacuum sealed bag, which most sellers do not have.My first attempt with these beans I grinded for espresso and it tasted awful. Tried dialing it in better but it just isn't meant to be used for espresso from what I can tell. So I was a little disappointed, and thought I should probably try it in my french press and then make a cold brew too and see how it is there. This coffee is the most delicious in the french press. So perfect. No bitterness, very smooth, and the chocolate notes come out really well. I also thought I tasted some sort of berry or something fruity in it as well which was really pleasing. Now, I see it was supposed to be citrus which makes sense, but really the taste overall was very pleasant. In my cold brew, this was also okay, but didn't extract the same notes. It had some chocolatey taste, but I just didn't enjoy it as much.As far as coffee in the french press, this is the best one I've had, or at least close to it. So amazing.

Not bad
The coffee isn't bad, but the flavor is very subtle. It’s smooth and doesn’t overpower, which could be a pro or con depending on your taste. I tried it both black and with cream, and it held up okay. Probably better for those who prefer a lighter coffee experience

Very aromatic
These beans arrived and were very aromatic. Upon grinding the aroma was even better.Brewed this in a standard single cup drip coffee maker and the coffee was great. It wasn't bitter at all and was easy to drink (I don't like bitter coffees that tend to happen with dark roasts in a drip machine)I would drink this again!

Enjoyed
a nice flavor of Colombian and hints of citrus and chocolate that are just subtle enough to taste but not overly powering like some other brands that go overboard on the subtle flavors.

Great taste with an even better aroma
I liked the coffee taste, since its medium roast it doesn't have that burnt taste or after taste others tend to have. The taste for me it's just perfect with the measurements on the bag for water amount.I also feels like a nice kick of caffeine which I like to wake me up in the morning. It also has a great aroma that has maybe a slight hint of citrus or fruit. I can't taste it that much in the coffee itself but the aroma is so good.Quality also seems good and having it in bean form means that it will last much longer than just being already grounded.
