One of my best friend's iPhone dies ALL the time... literally... (she uses it a lot, not a lemon). So I decided to get her this portable charger. I loved that there were different colors and I was surprised that the cord that comes with it is also the same color and not white or black like other brands (or ones that come with no cord at all). I have never purchased a Portable Charger before so I cannot compare the quality to others, however, I am very pleased with the product so far. I bought two of these, one green (for my friend) and one blue. I have a iPhone 5 and she has a iPhone 5s.I also appreciate that customer service has reached out to people who have written less than 5 star reviews on Amazon (as you can see in their comment section under their review). That is great quality service in my opinion.The only problems I have is that in the description it states:"Package contents: Abelink 6000mAH Battery Pack, micro USB cable, user manual. (Apple 30pin/lightning cable, Samsung 30-pin adapter not included.)"However, there was no user manual to be found in both boxes. I feel like this product is self explanatory though. There are 4 lights located next to the USB ports that blink while it is charging, and a 0-100% indicator above it (just like in the picture). When all lights are on, the charging is complete. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure that out. However, it does take some knowledge of AMP and WATT usage to remember that the USB input in the MIDDLE is where you charge your iPhone and the USB input on the OUTER END is where you charge your IPAD. As it states in the description "Two charging ports: one for phones (1A output) and one for tablets (2A output)". To educate yourself on AMP and WATT I googled: "What is the difference between a 2.1 AMP and a 1 AMP" and found the answers very helpful.ALSO - I don't think you can charge your phone at the same time as charging the device, because I just tried to do it and the battery light indicator on the portable charger went from 2 lights down to 1 light, then the last light blinked and my iPhone stopped charging. I would not know because I did not get a user manual with this product, so hopefully I will get answers soon (like the other 3 star review). I will await their comment. The issue might be that I have to use a 2.1 AMP wall outlet instead of my 1 AMP wall outlet that came with my iPhone.Suggestions: I know that the lightning port is a APPLE only product brand and is copyrighted, however I wish this company would make a deal with apple to have the charging wire be a lightning port instead so that only one wire can be used. You use the wire that comes with the product to charge the battery pack (USB wall outlet not included, have to use iPhones), and your regular iPhone wire to charge the iPhone). But I won't go into the legal issues and the time frame it would take for them to do this (not to mention re-engineering and re-building the product). I don't mind bringing my iPhone wire with me.

This portable battery charger is just the right size to carry with me every day. It saves me from using my office computer. It's my own personal charger for my iphone on my desk without being exposed. Ordered another type previously and had to return.This is perfect for my use and can also be carried in your purse and used in your car too.

It takes an hour to charge but charges my iphone fast. It will charge my tablet as well but not as fast as it charged my phone. Cant beat it for the price.

It only worked when I tested it out. After that it wouldn't hold charge for more than 1 minute and kept turning off. I want an exchange or refund.

I received my item as stated and it is more than what expected. Highly recommend everyonebyo have one especially since we use our cellukar phones for everything and it come with the cord. You dont have to look for a charger or plug to charge.

I love it for my LG G2 and it works great but it advertises that it also charges I phones and I was not able to charge a friend's I phone due to the cord that came with it doesn't fit the I phone port.
