Filo in a flash. Handmade filo pastries without difficulty
If you have ever seen filo made, knowing that each sheet should be thinner than a piece of newsprint paper that can be read through. Making by hand is a true art that is not mastered by many.But why sweat the small stuff when it's possible to buy ready made, to enable the creation of what look like and are really as the rest of the work is done at home.Makes so much sense, means the possibility of making baklava, Danish pastries etc is achievable. Something impossible previously.A true staple in my freezer should I ever get called short to make fruit turn overs etc. Wouldn't be without it.

Good quality but not very good value
You don't get very much pastry for how much you're paying!

Use straight away
Use as soon as you unwrap, Although the packet says you can Freezer the unused pastry and re-use the sheet’s outside are as brittle as spun sugar no matter how much oil you spray on them.
