Take in mind when you read most electric toothbrush reviews, they are coming from manual so OF COURSE YOUR TEETH FEEL AMAZING AND CLEAN, but what about when you’re coming from a really good electric toothbrush (Phillips Sonicare and another cheaper one that both felt like improvements after manual) and there are so many choices without a clear understanding what makes one $79 while another is over $200? I started to go a little crazy trying to figure it out. I asked one dentist to suggest and she said either oral b or sonicare (she doesn’t sell them at the office) while another said oral b (he did sell them) so that was not really helpful. When pressed my dentist who doesn’t sell them prefers oral b and she likes the smaller head. I GET THAT NOW! It’s like I’m polishing each tooth and wrapping the head around the tooth almost and I LOVE THAT! I think the Phillips isn’t getting in between near as well. The thing about either brand is that there is such a wide price range that I couldn’t tell the real $100 difference other than maybe an app and possibly more cleaning modes but that’s about it. I decided to go with oral b to try this round more precise head and went to their website to take the quiz to see what was best for me and this is where I landed. I wanted to stay under $100 (and you can on Black Friday and other big sales but I missed it and paid $119 which isn’t terrible if it’s significantly better than my last electric). I just used it for the first time and MY TEETH FEEL AMAZING , in fact my whole mouth feels so clean. I’m someone who buys a firmer bristle head (NOT HARD but I need to feel scrubbed if makes sense). I think sometimes I may be hard on my gums trying to really scrub my teeth but the happy medium is in this oral b brush head! I’m just not clear which one it is as it came with 2 and says one is ultimate clean and the other is gentle care. I’m assuming it’s ultimate but it’s soft but really dense and just scrubs but it’s gentle on the gums. Love it. Very satisfied. It’s not loud at all and it’s got a great light sensor that indicates when you’re at the perfect pressure. I actually found it quite helpful and it’s clearly visible even if you’re not looking in the mirror. I’m kind of excited about the app because after a long lifetime of heat checkups, something has gone wrong and I’m facing some pretty big restorative dental work so perhaps I’ve been slacking I don’t know But I’m trying to be very diligent and that’s part of the reason for the new purchase. I also felt like my old one wasn’t getting me as clean as it used it so it could be I needed something more aggressive. This is really perfect and considering the price tags you can easily go up to on the big name models, I think this really is the sweet spot for an electric toothbrush ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE NOT COMING FROM MANUAL. If you’re coming from manual, any real electric toothbrush will be so impressive but I needed to be impressed after exclusively using electric. This is it. I’ve got no doubt about the battery life.. they are all that way.. the travel case is a great touch and it’s nice. Nothing like having your electric toothbrush go off in your closed suitcase when you’re all packed. lol. I was always able to get off brand replacement heads for my sonicare that were great at a fraction of the price. I’ll be interested to see if I can get a real match to this one otherwise it may be worth it to stick brand name. Here’s to your dental health and perfect check ups.

This is truly an amazing toothbrush. I find this does a much better job of cleaning my teeth and removing plaque. The features are pretty cool-it's the little things, right? You can change the colors of light (where the pressure sensor is) with multiple options. It has a magnetic charger at the base. The case has a charger feature which is a great feature-it comes with a cord and a power adapter-you can't even get that for $1300 cell phones anymore. It even has an interactive display-yes I like the smiley face when I'm done. I haven't tried the app yet, I've been brushing for a long time without one but I'll give it a shot because I do enjoy technology. This is quieter than my first Oral B but still sounds like a small drone in my head, still fairly quiet. The bristles are comfortable. Battery life is pretty good so far. Best part? I got it for a great deal when it was on sale last week. This is light years better than their competitor (rhymes with monic air) which I purchased for a lot more and wish I had returned when I had the chance. I hate it so much I'm willing to give a $200 toothbrush away. It may not be the newest in the iO line but I'm really impressed so far. Time will tell on how durable it is but I'm going to stay with the Oral Be family.

This toothbrush does an excellent job and leaves my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner than a manual brush. The brushing action is smooth but effective, and the pressure control is a nice feature that helps prevent brushing too hard. It’s easy to use, holds a charge well, and feels solid and well made. After using it regularly, my teeth feel cleaner for longer, and my gums feel healthier too. Overall, this is a great upgrade if you’re looking for a high-quality electric toothbrush that actually makes a difference.

This is by far the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever owned. It keeps your teeth so clean and I love that it has a travel charging case. I also love all of the different speeds and that you can set goals in the app and it will help you achieve them by doing daily check ins! After I started using this and went back for a cleaning they told me it was the cleanest my teeth had ever been and I had zero build up! Worth every penny i recommend this toothbrush to everyone!!!

I hate brushing my teeth, I always want to get done as fast as possible. This brush is awesome because it only gives you a starry-eyed smile face when you go for 2 minutes. Somehow this simple feature makes me always brush for 2 min. Additionally, I have noticed that my teeth feel much smoother - ie: its cleaning them well. And, it doesn't irritate my gums at all. I feel like it was money well-spent.

There is a gap between the head and body of the toothbrush. For this much money, it should fit flush. You’ll have to separate and clean it after each brush, or it’ll get funky and likely stop working. Unsure how they have this massive design flaw and still charge this much. The toothbrush works wonderfully. Teeth feel clean. Easy to charge - but mind the other reviews and make sure you don’t tip it over/drop it. The travel case is nice. When brushing there are lights that flash around the band of the body. Green means good, red means too hard, and white means you missed something. Toothbrush informs on battery life, hoe many brushes left before it’s time to change the head, how much time you’ve spent brushing, and rates your time spent per brush. Only have used mine for a few days, and will likely come back with an update for you after it’s been at least a month. Will add photos as soon as the Amazon app glitch is fixed. Worth reading the instructions.

It was an upgrade from io5 to io7. What a life saver! The quality is outstanding and totally worth the price. It leaves my tooth neat and close to dentist cleaning. Each time I use it, i feel my tooth left clean. Best part? Is the motor! Omg the noise in older models is so annoying and disturbing. It totally worth upgrading

My Husband's Philips toothbrush bit the dust (2yrs old) and he has been eyeing the Oral B series so I purchased this for him. He loves it, says he will never go back to a standard head style toothbrush as he feels the rotary brush cleans way better. The brush itself feels premium compared tot he Philips in the same price bracket, The buttons are far more stable not recessed like the Philips, the brushing light indicator is far more intuitive with multiple colors giving you a more accurate pressure/tooth system. The screen on the toothbrush does a great job keeping you motivated without having to use your phone app if that's a feature you use definitely appreciated. Oral-B simply built this right its sleek, great controls easy to follow features, The magnetic base charger is terrific as you don't have something cupping its base so its handle is not sitting in rinse water if you forget to dry it after cleaning. Then add it does an amazing job cleaning though if you are like my Husband it took him a couple of days to get used to the rotary brush head but loves it now.

Best electric toothbrush I’ve ever bought. Love the app that it comes with and cleans really good! 100% would recommend
