I attempted to make a smoothie with strawberries and the product would not spin. The blades worked fine prior to adding product to the blender. I charged the motor for three hours then attempted to blend again with the same results. Amazon sent me a brand new one the next evening or two later. I tried the new blender with grapes and it wouldn’t blend those either. I’m throwing both of them in the garbage and not evening attempting a third. They also should have included a separate bottom so that you can clean the blade aside from the blender as it would then be more portable. I really wanted this blender to work out but it doesn’t have the power for what I need. Will stick to my old one

It really is very quiet! I haven't used ice in it, but just my regular protein mix and a collagen supplement. It could be a little bigger. With 8 oz. of liquid, it does the protein mix alone great, but can't handle mixing the supplement as well. You wouldn't be able to add more than a couple berries, for instance. Otherwise it's great.

While it is true that this product is pleasing to the eye and very portable, it is on the very low end of the scale for power and ability to perform. It is great if you are just mixing powder and liquid. Add fruit and/or ice and it doesn't perform well at all--whimpy at best. Price is excellent and it is easy to use--just not what they describe it to be. Sorry to have to return it.

Good deal and idea but sometimes its hard to keep it lined up in order to blend it and the battery doesn't seem to last that long for me. But all and all a good product.

Everything came out perfect. My only issue is that this little blender is too little.. the specs say that it hold 380ml which is about 12 oz, so i poured 1 measuring cup full of water to test the capacity and is was almost full. To be specific, a cup is equal to 8oz. I believe if you put a cup of liquid and some fruit it will be over the limit. Other than that i love the product.

Like the size and works well. Often hard to clean between the area of the blades. Fun trying different drinking drinks
