does this one work on waterproof masccara?

If you use the blue one yes. Use a cotton pad sock the pad close your eyes, place it down on eyelashes then up. It's the best I've found yet. Others I try then use this after, you can see the makeup that the wipes don't take off.

What type of alcohol denat is contained in this product? is it sd23-a, sd40, or sd40-b? or is it just plain alcohol denat? it makes a big difference.
