Way too hard for a 3 1/2 year old!

This was one of my best purchases on Amazon. I purchased this for my 4-year-old granddaughter. She loved sewing the butterfly. This is age-appropriate, and once she figured out how to do this, the rest was easy for her to do on her own. I plan on buying this again (animals). She was so proud of what she accomplished.

I really wanted to enjoy this kit but I didn't. Nothing wrong with the quality of the product but if they can provide: I. Some instructions for people with absolutely no experience of sewing II. The threads could be provided on something like a spindle so kids can actually re-use it. My 3 yr old made a tangled ball out of all the threads. Otherwise I think it's a good product

Oh my bringing back sweet memories with the grandkids! I got these for a Christmas present and can't wait for December now! They appear to be of good quality and the price wasn't too bad. I feel like they will last and the kids will get to use them again and again.

Bought for a 5 and almost 7yo, these were a great intro to sewing. They loved doing the projects, and they are durable enough to last for a long time. I'll probably donate to the school though, because they were able to use this as a direct step up to sewing real projects.
