Excellent, a Must Read!!
I was deeply touched and moved by the stories that Janine Roberts shares in her book "Dare to Love Completely". Her beautiful writing style brings to life the events that she has witnessed and experienced as a missionary in Zimbabwe. She brings honor to the people she has served. Her love and compassion for the people of Zimbabwe, especially the orphans and individuals faced with HIV/AIDS, shine through the pages of this book. Each paragraph leaves you with wanting to know more about the lives of the people that she shares. Janine has returned to Zimbabwe. I hope she publishes another book!!

The hope of Zimbabwe...
What a wonderful message of hope from a most exciting young lady who gives up the things we all take for granted and goes to Zimbabwe to share her life with the least of these. I first met Janine in 1998 when I too was in Zimbabwe. She continues to work to make a difference to the children of the Old Mutare area where she is there for them and makes them feel like she is their mother. She has made such a dismal place at times a place of Hope and Love. Read her book and follow her as she gives her life totally dedicated to the children that are orphans that need hope and help in the face of suffering.I read this book in one sitting and it brought me back to my first time in Zimbabwe and driving down those lanes and seeing the people. She transported me back with her words. May it change your life and make it possible for you to go and help others in need wherever you are called. If you do not have a place, Remember Zimbabwe needs help and we welcome you there. It will change your life just reading the book...

Life of commitment
This book gives a very insightful picture of life in Zimbabwe at the time it was written. Also, a look into the life of someone who has dedicated themselves to helping the less fortunate. A good, inspiring read for anyone contemplating living in Africa so they can be truly involved in the lives of the people they have come to help and learn from.

Missionary's true-to-life perspective
Janine Roberts does not sugar coat the difficulties, trials and even failures of missionary life cross-culture. Her stories are honest, hilarious and heart-wrenching. She shows her genuine walk of faith from fear to pure love amidst troubled people. You will laugh your head off and cry your eyes out, and at the end of reading, you will have new respect for both missionaries and for the beautiful children of God who dwell in Zimbabwe!
