We ordered this recliner for my father and we are very happy with it. It’s really nice and the massager is an additional benefit.We originally got a notification from Amazon that the order was delivered, but we never received it. We contacted the company customer service and they were wonderful. They immediately replied and arranged to send us a replacement without any hassle.I highly recommend this recliner. It’s very comfortable, works very good and the price is Great!!

I bought this for my elderly mother and she just loves it. She can also remember how to use the controls which is very nice. The cupholders are awesome and it was not hard to put together and the fabric is great and didn't take very long even though it comes in two big boxes. We have only had a month, but highly recommend as of now especially for that price. What a great deal.

This recliner is delivered in two cardboard boxes that were easy to get through the front door and the packaging is almost all cardboard and paper. The large box contains the center part of the chair that includes the base, seat, armrest, backrest, leg-rest, and all motors and mechanical parts. No assembly is required for the center part. The smaller box contains the two recliner sides. No assembly of the sides is required; they simply attach to slots in the center part. Most of the assembly time was in plugging the electrical connections to a power sources. A drop cord with two outlets is most convenient but must be supplied by the buyer. This recliner has thick foam padding and there are several fabric options. I recommend not selecting the simulated leather cover because with such thick foam padding you will need a cover that transfers body moisture. Initially the foam felt stiff but after a day or two of use it softened and is quite comfortable. The buttons for controlling up/down motion are on the right side. The controller for the vibrator and heating on/off and control is stored in the right side pocket. The up/down, vibrating and heater functions of this recliner all worked without any problem. Be sure not to leave cups or any objects in the cup holders when you raise the chair.

Nice product, great color, but - the power cord for the up/down is perfect length..Yet, power cord for heat/massage is ridiculousy short..You have to look over arm rest for enough visual to see how to use..That is a huge disappointment..

Wanted a inexpensive lift chair for after my knee surgery. This one works great. Comfortable and really helps with ambulation. I have been sleeping in it the last 3 nights and is is very comfortable. Highly recommend.
