Refreshing spray, pricey though.
The Augustinus Bader face mist is a high end facial moisturizing spray which you simply spray on your face after cleaning for moisturizing and toning. The bottle and packaging are what you would expect from a premium product. The spray itself has a rose scent to it, but it's very light as this is not the purpose of the spray. While the spray does a good job leaving me feeling refreshed, it's hard to detect any noticeable toning. I will say that it works well for moisturizing and does not have any issues with sensitive skin. The price is steep, but if in line with other premium products of this type.

Plump
* Augustinus Bader The Face Mist * I’ve used both rose water and hyaluronic acid mists in the past this one is a mix of both. It sprays evenly, my skin instantly looks moisturized. It has a plump soft toned feel. Great quality for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Mehhhh, Beautiful but not convinced
This mist definitely presents as a high end and luxurious product, but its impressions are mixed for me at this price point, and I can live without it. It is weighty, a beautiful glass and chrome, packaged in a thick cardboard, and then covered in plastic shrink wrap. It includes a small literature insert inside the box, which I was initially excited about because as an esthetician, I love to read about the products I try and companies who make them. It has all the superficial things to make you feel like you should be paying more for this. It is beautifully packaged and presented. But I was not impressed beyond the surface. It FEELS GOOD as it’s sprayed over the face and neck. It has a light scent, a mix of rose water and other ingredients. It is very faint and refreshing and adds to the luxe vibes. It seems like it moisturizes immediately, mostly because it is wet, and it feels soothing and freshening as it is rubbed in and breathed. It feels good a few minutes later too. However, it does not do anything beyond the 3-5 minute mark for my skin. After it’s absorbed, it’s done. I want more performance from a high end mist. I want it to continue to feel nice as I apply serums or just go about my day. This does not. Some of my $20-30 products feel refreshing long term and much more hydrating than this does. It did not break out my sensitive skin, so that’s great, but it also did nothing for my actual skin. The product was just sensorial in that it was all about the feelings and the smells and the looks, not the results. I demonstrated this in the video on my dry hand since it’s easier to see the skin there than on my face. Included a before and 10 minutes after snapshot side by side comparison also. The difference in hydration is not apparent. When I opened the literature insert, it’s the same paragraph that’s printed on the back of the box, except it’s repeated in about fifteen different languages. So it looks like a lot of additional info about the product or company but it’s nothing additional at all. There is no expiration or manufacturing dates on the box or the bottle, so I have no idea how long this sat around somewhere or when it may be aging. It leaves the skin marginally softer, and it is a luxe vibe, so I’ve landed at 4 stars, but my initial reaction because of all the missed marks was just a 3. Maybe it’s better for combo or oily skin types, but definitely not effective at hydrating and protecting for me (what it claims to do).

High-end mist that is pure luxury
This is a very refreshing, soothing and moisturizing mist from a luxury brand. The bottle contains 100mll of product, which is a decent size. According to the company website, this mist contains " a proprietary blend of natural amino acids, high-grade vitamins and peptides - and inspired by over 30 years of research, innovation and clinical study." As of the time of this writing, this mist retails for $97. The question is, does it perform better than similar mists that cost less than half the price? If you prefer luxury products backed by years of research, this is for you. If you want a hydrating mist but do not care about the packaging or the science behind the product, you might want to look elsewhere.

Worth the Splurge
This luxurious face mist is designed to flood the skin with moisture, support elasticity, and provide a refreshed, plump complexion. Priced at $97 for 3.38 fl.oz, it's a splurge, but the results are noticeable and worth the investment. The Face Mist gently tones and evens the skin, leaving it clear and luminous. It is particularly effective at defending against pollution and other environmental stressors, which is essential for maintaining healthy skin in urban environments. The mist helps to soothe the skin, reducing the appearance of redness and signs of irritation, making it a great choice for those with sensitive skin. It also effectively preps the skin before makeup, ensuring a smooth and flawless application. However, the high price and the need to use it regularly make it a bit challenging to maintain in the long term. Despite this, this is a high-quality product that delivers on its promises. It has significantly improved the overall health and appearance of my skin, and I find it to be a worthwhile addition to my skincare routine.

Luxe moisturizing facial mist
This is a review of the Augustinus Bader - The Face Mist I have heard good things about Augustinus products so I was eager to get this. I am happy to say I do like it. I have older, dry and sensitive skin. Saying that I am always looking forward to trying out quality facial products. This comes well packaged and secured in a very pretty blue glass container with a copper colored lid. It both looks and feels weighty and luxe. This misting spray has a slight but really pleasant scent to it - I normally don’t like scented products but this one has caused my skin no problems. The spray itself is truly moisturizing which is terrific. You can also control how much spray comes out so you don’t waste product. I normally don’t talk about a product’s price in terms of a review since that is up to the buyer. But do know that this is a very nice facial misting spray and I do use it every morning and night. I have attached a photo so you can its size and see what it looks like.
