Oxi is alot better than any use of bleach, has this can change whites to yellow or even pink, depending on material content. Bleach no matter how much you dilute it could damage the fabric and irritate your skin. I would much prefer to soak whites for a good hour in this (oxi powder), Remember whites go grey over time, so give oxi time to work.

Does this help get out body oder stains?

I am sorry but I have never used it for this purpose. It is an excellent stain remover on the whole and results are normally impressive.
