Enchanted Wonders A-Z Cards: Inspiring Yoga Activities to Elevate Your Child's Self-Expression

I absolutely LOVE these cards!...the colors, the illustrations, the characters, the words, the names associated to the yoga poses... I use them all the time for my kids yoga classes. We usually do a game where everyone does the pose as shown on the card and then moves on, rotates to the next pose when I play a sound. They also love to show their favorite pose and they know their names so well as the titles are so magically chosen by the author of the Enchanted Wonders A-Z cards. So many ideas can come up from these cards, open to imagination and playfulness. My own children at home have a lot of fun playing with the cards. They just study them and do their own yoga! They don't need me...I recommend these cards for anyone teaching kids yoga, having children of their own who are curious about yoga, or simply as a tool to develop mindfulness and focus in children of any age from toddlers to teenagers . It is a great Birthday or Christmas gift as well. Educational and fun at the same time.

These cards are absolutely gorgeous. My children love to take them out at home and use them to practice yoga and make up their own games with them. I bought them as I am a kids yoga teacher and all the children in my classes love these cards and ask for them time and time again. The children love demonstrating the poses and I can see how the cards really increase their confidence and they use their imagination to find creative ways to use the cards and the poses in our classes. I bought another pack as a gift for a preschool and the teachers there found the cards so great to use to introduce the children to yoga, breathing and relaxation. I would recommend these cards for all kids interested in yoga, yoga teachers, parents and anyone working with children. They truly are fantastic and a real hit with the children!!

I'm blown away by these cards! The illustrations are beautiful, the questions are gentle yet poignant, all made so thoughtfully. The 10 'let's play' cards will be read after we get to know the pack. Despite the 'real' names of the positions not being there, the use of adjectives and animals describing the poses are perfect for young children for the way they remember and engage so are much more appropriate.The individual cards are really good quality.Would definitely recommend!

I bought these a few weeks ago after completing my children's yoga teacher training and no sooner had I opened them when my 2 year old commandeered them. She went through every card insisting that I do the pose, which she then copied. This has continued most days since - she loves doing some yoga and the cards really appeal to her. She is a bit young for the questions on the back but I could see these really working in a class situation in a wide variety of ways and look forward to introducing them to my kids classes (maybe the adult classes would benefit too right enough!). The inclusion of game ideas is great as well. Definitely recommend

I have bought and used these cards at home with my 3yr old and 11yr old, and also in classes as a children's yoga teacher (ages3-11yrs). The possibilities are endless! My 3yr old has even helped herself and entertained herself doing the postures alone. The children I teach love using the cards and each week I find a different activity using them; just having them out during classes means the children relate what they are doing in the class to the postures they see on he cards around the room. The bright colours and wonderful illustrations are an big draw. I have recommended these to my friends and their kids love them too!

Bought 2 sets of these for my grown up daughter and son’s girlfriend after playing with a young friend. They are beautifully illustrated, simple and easy yoga poses ..... I play game with little girl I nanny for & she loves them.

Love these cards, fantastic way to engage with kids and bring up new conversations, vocabulary, games and exercise. Am really impressed and have recommended to friends. Beautiful presentation and size too. Have used with a 4 year old with great success and a 2 year old with many giggles! Also worked wonders on a 62 year old granny - was a great activity to connect all ages in fun and thoughtful conversation. Love them!

Brilliant yoga cards perfect for children and the whole family. We play with ours regularly and I really like the drawings and the quality of the cards. There's even mindfulness tasks you can do with slightly older kids ie. from 7+ but if you have younger children they will just need some guidance with some of the tasks.
