I purchased this knife to extend the set my wife had as a gift along with 4 other knifes in the same range, they are all on display on a magnetic rail in the kitchen and look great, these knives are razor sharp and do the job perfectly, but what would you expect from a set of knives used by professional chiefs.RegardsMaurice form Aberdeen

I have recently bought a set of 5 global knives and purchase this knife to go with them.As has been said before, this is now my favourite knife despite 5 other Globals to choose from.Arrived packed well and quickly.

Beautifully balanced, impossibility sharp, this knife makes filleting fish a pleasure (well, almost!). Delivered on schedule.

Unfortunately my husband cannot use this knife because he is left handed. Very disappointed.Right handed son will receive it as a Christmas present. Other left handers beware!

Great knife.

I cannot believe how sharp this knife is! I already have a reasonable set of Global knives, but was attracted to this by the 'flexible' blade. I now use it in preference to all (apart from the boning knife).In combination with the Plus 3 sharpener (that I use regularly), the edge is quite formidable. I use it as a general utility knife and it can cut incredibly finely and accurately. Take care though, it could easily do a lot of harm, some knife skill is essential.
