Global Knives GF-24 Carving Fork, Straight with 24cm Blade, CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel

Looks the part included in my Global knife set. There is just enough room for it on the magnetic Global strip the knife set came with. Look forward to using it to help carve some Christmas turkey soon.

As with the "pallet knife" this is quality at its best,I was impressed by its looks,it's feel,all at a price that I felt reasonable.

Arrived promptly in the most ridiculous oversized box, looks great, feels good in the hand and picks up sizeable joints with ease

I have to start by saying that I am bias towards Global knives. I've always believed you get what you pay for. Global is an expensive brand but once you feel the quality you'll know what you've paid for. Having bought a carving knife, I knew I would have to treat myself to the carving fork. There are two listed types of Global carving forks and having seen the curved example elsewhere, I plumped for this one. Its very solid and the prongs feel like they could tackle a huge, and I mean huge, piece of meat without any trouble.Basically if you are into collecting Global knives and accessories then this is a must have. Once again, a very swift service from Amazon is always appreciated.
