Manor A.L.Cast Iron Fire Grate with Coal Guard and Ash Pan for 16" Open Fireplaces

I have been struggling to get a replacement grate to fit my fireplace for a while now. I did find the same item being sold by other sellers but the grate was much more expensive and either they didn't post goods to the Scottish Highlands or the postal costs were punitive. The grate is sturdy and the ash pan supplied is a welcome addition and is also well made and hopefully very durable.

16 inch fire grate..unfortunately front part of grate was too short,otherwise I would have been very happy with purchase.

Fitted perfectly, exactly as described.

It does the job. It is sturdy, excellent quality and good design.Could not have done better.
