Perfect gift
This was the perfect gift for my crafty friend. I wasn’t able to get a picture of it in action because I gifted it. But I’ll update with more pictures when I do. Greats value, this is a high quality easy to assemble and use engraver! My friend was thrilled! She says its accurate performance is making for some great projects!

Great value, well-rounded laser engraver.
Good quality. Works well! Good value laser engraver for the price. Great for a beginner or someone just looking for a good quality laser engraver for an affordable price. Overall built well as well, have been impressed with what I've been able to do with it so far! Works well with their recommended software as well. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Awesome machine
Bought this for a gift for my teenage son. It was a hit! Easy installation, good quality, not too big and very affordable!! Great item for a crafty person. One piece of advice, put next to a window or have ventilation.

Very nice for small projects!
I'm very happy with my laser and I'm learning more with each project on what is needed. I have photoshopt and use that for editing before sending to laser. You can change the speed and intensity how many passes. It was a little of a learning curve but once I got it and read all instructions it was easy to do. I made lots of things now with it. I've mainly done words and a few racoons. I have the lower watt one so I haven't been able to cut with it. But it's working great for engraving! It is very accurate to the picture I've put on. The red part magnets on and it stays in place. I'm new to this so this was good for me to get a hold on things and figure it out. Very nice for my projects so far.

Most Hated Machine
I haaattteeeeee this laser! Its spotty, incompatible with a rotary, has a small work area, hard to center, and burns more than it cuts! Its too late to return. I really want to sling it up in the air and watch it shatter to bits. I was persuaded by the positive reviews and wish I hadn't. This pile of metal is worthless unless you want to pay for a partly functional headache!

Does the job!
Works great! My husband is still trying to practice with it but it does what it's supposed to and wasn't too hard to set up! He did say it requires a subscription I think but I'll have to double check.

Very cool product and service!
Great product and great price for a beginner. At first it showed an unsuccessful connection, which of course was me, and I appreciate the customer service helping me get up to speed with it quickly. It helped me with my craft work and I am trying to make some dog tags, Christmas and New Year decorations and sell them. I would consider buying it again to complete my mini factory!

A big investment
I am an experienced artist/maker but this was my first foray into laser engraving. Once it arrived and I set it up I realized that before I could use it I would need to invest considerable additional money. I’m a Mac user and the free software offered by the manufacturer doesn’t support Mac so I would have to buy a compatible software for Mac. In addition I’d need to buy a honeycomb screen and a fireproof substrate to go under the engraver. (Maybe other users would’ve known this ahead of time but I did not.) The bigger issue is ventilation. Laser engraving gives off toxic, noxious fumes. The whole unit needs to be enclosed and then properly vented to the outdoors. An open window is NOT enough. The directions simply state that a ‘well ventilated area’ is advisable but that’s just not the case. When I started looking into engraver enclosures I quickly realized that since this is ‘the world’s smallest engravers’ the enclosures available on the market are FAR too big for this little guy. I just don’t have that mindset of space in my studio. And ultimately I would’ve had to install a vent on the exterior wall of my studio to attach the extraction hose. Ultimately I returned it. I decided to invest a bit more and bought an entirely different unit that includes an internal filtration system.
