Beautiful but could be more comfortable
The seat is longer than it is wide so it has a tendency to topple if you tend to move to the edge of the seat. Back support is good and in general the chair is sturdy. Back massage feature is almost a gimmick, don’t buy for that feature. Assembly took a while but wasn’t very difficult. It is a two person job. Personally, I love the colour although the comfort is just about average for a person weighing about 90kgs. Even at the lowest height my legs do not reach the ground comfortably. I am 5 feet 7 inches tall.

Worst chair ever. The incline does not work, the wheels are flimsy, the massager is ineffective. With use of merely few months, it has become lose and very uncomfortable to use. DO NOT BUY IT. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY TO EVEN DEAL WITH A PRODUCT SUCH AS THIS.
