1) they got my money saying booking in prior will reduce delay in assembly of cycle and said technician will be sent fastly but then they collected money using razor pay and never sent any technician and falsely closed the ticket saying I kept on rescheduling the meeting eventhough I did not do it. 2) cycle rear disc break is not working, it is worse than capillary breaks however front is working. 3) I left my cycle under rain for few hours due to some circumstances, when I saw my bicycle after rain the screws and nuts are all rusted such cheap quality products were used. 4) the mud guard is tiny and does not block anything, all the dirt got sticked into my bag and they were hard to remove using water. 5) received broken parts during delivery and never got any chance to connect to Amazon customer service they didn't pick my call. 6) very hard to assemble requires technician. 7) I ordered a white colored variant but instead received black and orange one. Honestly such a scam, when I reached out to them through mail they responded and said money will be refunded and asked for bank details and never sent my money back. Few days back I brought a washing machine aswell that was a bad choice too, the washing machine doesn't remove stain, so this will be my last purchase on Amazon and if I buy anything in future I will buy only books and nothing else. Be aware people don't make the mistake that I did now I feel helpless and powerless 🙁.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I purchased this cycle on 14th August. The cycle itself is very good — smooth and super to ride. I am happy with the product quality. But the assembly/installation experience was disappointing. At first, I was told the product would be delivered on 17th August and installation on 18th August (Monday). But actually, the cycle arrived earlier on 14th August, while installation was kept for 17th August. I even requested if the assembly person could come earlier, but they told me I had to wait. Later, the installation date kept moving — from 17th to 18th, then to 19th. Amazon’s installation charge was also quite high (₹500). Finally, I chose to assemble it on my own with local help for only ₹200, which was much better. Overall, the cycle is excellent, but the installation service is delayed and costly. If Amazon improves the installation process, this would be a 5-star experience.
