I recently purchased these Fastrack EarPods from Amazon, expecting a quality product from a reputed brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Right out of the box, the setup process was unnecessarily complicated. Unlike most earbuds in this price range, these were not plug-and-play. It took me a while just to get them connected to my phone, and the user manual didn’t help much – it was vague and poorly written. To make things worse, only one side of the EarPod is working. The other side is completely dead – no light, no sound, no response even after charging for hours and trying multiple reset methods. I even tried updating my device and re-pairing several times but nothing worked. This kind of issue is not expected from a brand like Fastrack. I have used other earbuds in the past – even cheaper models – and they’ve worked better than this. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality and ease of use. Amazon should seriously reconsider allowing such defective and low-quality items to be sold on their platform. I am now in the process of returning this item and will not be recommending it to anyone. Verdict: Not worth the money. Poor design, complicated setup, and one side not working right from day one. Avoid this product and go for something more reliable.

Call quality is little bit not ok but sound is awesome. Nice fitting with good connectivity and lightweight.

The Fastrack Fpods FZ100 are fantastic overall. The sound quality is clear and balanced, with good bass that makes music and calls enjoyable. The build material feels premium and durable, and the earbuds are lightweight and comfortable for long hours of use. Connectivity is smooth, and the design looks stylish. The only minor issue is that the charging time seems to slowly increase over time. Still, for the price and performance, these are a great pair of wireless earbuds.

This product make quality is good, music sounds good, battery backup also good, but calling time too low voice hearing opposite person , and no noice cancellation and if call arrival suddenly high sound rising that's too much irritating. Iam vj
