Disappointed. Both the main screw/bolts listed at the top of the list of parts are missing.Tried to contact for missing parts to be sent out but my only option was to return and refund. Bought for My Dad and don't want him to have to go and buy replacement parts when they should be included. Please contact me to arrange sending out spares. Thank you.La fitness have been in touch with me and sent over the missing bolts. They have been nothing but helpful so I have now reviewed them at a 5* not a 1*

FLEXXI Ski review
I found my FLEXXI Ski-X Ski Simulator to be a fun way to get a work out. It has a smooth action and is quiet and light weight. It’s great value for money and you don’t need a lot of room for storage as it’s light weight and I put mine under the bed.

Item as described and easy to put up. Screws were difficult to screw in but I managed to get them in.

Great piece of ski equipment
I am really pleased with the quality of the Flexxi ski for the money. It’s sturdy and easy to move about the house and don’t take too long to put together. Really enjoying being able to train my legs for my upcoming ski holiday.
