- A large 120cm diameter octagonal softbox and grid with Elinchrom adapter, for use with Elinchrom mount flash units. The large surface area of this octabox provides you with an excellent wrap around effect, which can be emphasised by moving it closer to the subject. A popular choice for fashion, beauty and portrait photographers as the softbox octagonal shape ensures a round natural catchlight in a models eye.
- The octagonal soft box has two layers of diffusion, with an inner and outer diffuser cover softening the light output. They can be removed for a high contrast specular hard light, also popular in beauty, fashion and portrait photography.
- The softbox also comes with an attachable honeycomb grid, which fastens into place easily using the Velcro fastenings. The honeycomb cells help control the light spill from the octobox, with the light unable to escape to the sides it is directed forwards. With the grid equipped the light from the softbox is directed forwards in a narrow beam reducing the scale of the wrap around, ideal for lighting a specific areas on a subject and reducing light spill onto your background.
- The octagonal softbox accessory comes with an Elinchrom speedring mount, allowing you to rotate the octabox to your required position and comes with a handy carry bag, good for travelling to location shoots or for storage purposes.
