Legend of Korra, The Turf Wars Part Three

A decent read if you're LoK fan, but pretty far from the quality of TLA comics, Turf Wars doesn't explore much of anything new. Center story (not too dissimilar to Season 1) is bland villain bent on revenge, with Korra and Asami's relationship a sort of a B-plot. Neither are very interestingly written.Korra, as a character, looked to have turned a new leaf at the end of S4, but here she's still hot-headed and somehow the writers still don't seem to want her to win any "boss" fights for some reason. The only nuance is her seeking acceptance for being in a relationship with Asami.Was excited to see Korra's adventures continue but if I were the summarize this optimistically this just seems like filler content to bridge the gap towards something better.

I know that the series ended ages ago, but I can't stop reading these books!!!! The story, I find, is great, whith only 1 or 2 flaws, like the ending. Although the ending was great, the "I love you" part had to much suspense, I thought Asami and Korra would get married!! The other one I found was the whole, "he'll be back soon, I know it" part. Like, he doesn't come back!!! But overall, it's a great read and Avatar fans should definitely read!!

I loved how the ending of this series. It’s was near perfect. My only complaint is that I’d want it longer.

A heartwarming ending to this brilliant mini-series. Hopefully Korra's and Asami's adventures will go on!

For people who want to know the story beyond the show

I really enjoyed reading this and the other 2 chapters of this series would highly recommend if you liked the Tv show, they are easy to read especially as I’m dyslexic I’ve ordered the next set in the series!! 10/10

I love the balance between politics and interpersonal relationships. Great conclusion to the turf wars story. I absolutely loved this !!

Loved the animated series, so thought I’d have a read of the comics. Love the story and the art is good. Gets better through the comics. Definitely worth the red if you’re a fan of the avatar franchise
