more of a pamphlet than a book. very expensive for what it is

Disappointing
I found the analysis and suggested strategies to be superficial. This book may be helpful for leaders who have not engaged in much self-reflection, but for those of us who have it offers little by way of new information or strategy. The suggestions are based in cognitive-behavioural theory and do little to address the deeper roots of the imposter phenomenon. Given the title elevates the experience to 'syndrome' I expected a more in-depth approach. It is a very small book, which held promise of easy access for those of us with little time (most leaders) however, the brevity did not serve the transformational work that is necessary to address the beliefs and feelings that underlie this phenomenon.

very short book
Rather interesting, but so short ! Many exercises and tests , but not enough theory about the problem. I would have liked more explainations...

Not worth the money
This book is too expensive for the value it provides. Good information but not should be priced differently. I did like the content just wish I would not have paid as much.

If you don't like to read and cannot google something, this book is for you.
Never buy a book with a mustache on the cover - should be a great rule and I clearly did not follow it. The book is very brief, offers little in terms of constructive solutions, and only glosses over the fundamentals of impostor syndrome.
