Bought the size for 22lr. I’ve used bore snakes for some years without problems and this item is equally as good as any purchased before and much more reasonably priced than most. Will purchase again from seller for other calibers I use. Arrived very quickly and well packaged so quite happy to award five stars.

There are many ways to clean a rifle bore, a bore snake is quick and easy.I ordered the .44/.45 calibre snake, it worked well, so far seems strong and well made.

Great for cleaning SA80 barrel, only requires 1-2 pull throughs. Can be a little tight to get through so often best to get your battle buddy to assist with pulling it through while you hold the main body steady.

Arrived on time (one day delivery) exactly as it looked in the picture and does the job perfectly. Packaged perfectly to protect but still fit through my letter box. Was on the mat when I got home.

I’ve only used it a few times so far but it seems well made. The pull cord looks like it’s attached to the “snake” pretty good but only time will tell. The brass bristles are also a good feature. Currently I give it 5 stars and will update if anything changes

This item will not pull through an air rifle. After removing the wire brush from the snake tried to use it on both my .22 and my .177 and there is no way it will pull through, if you try it will get stuck in the barrel. Be warned

To tight couldn't pull through the .243 and when I finally pulled it back out it had started to fray so was lucky to remove it. Never had one so tight. Can't use waste of money.

So much quicker and easier than a cleaning rod. Why did I not get this years ago?
