We purchased in September 2025 and today being 25 April 2026, I am writing a review after getting frustrated with the services provided by Eurekha Forbes. The roller brushes which are an integral part and plays a significant role in cleaning the floor is "out of stock" from past 3 months and they are unable to deliver even after continuous persuasion and now I am about to approach "consumer court/forum" for their incapability of providing the required spare parts. Please Do not purchase this product. They are forcing us to purchase a latesr version by stopping the production of required spare parts.

Good and value adding product if you want to avoid home maid.

Satisfied with the performance. It’s quite and consistent. Thanks for reducing manual efforts. Some dust gets moved away and hair gets tangled. Need to do a little manual job to have perfect clean room. Overall satisfied with the purchase. Request to introduce price guarantee as the price got dropped immediately after I bought.

Eureka Forbes Ltd Extremely disappointed with the FORBES SMARTCLEAN WITH AUTOBIN. Purchased in Oct 2024 with 1-year warranty — it stopped working in May. Raised 2 service requests, both closed without action. One request (CM-070725-54852242) is still open with no progress. I’ve made multiple calls, waited on long holds, received fake promises, and even sent several emails — all ignored. No resolution till now. Total waste of time. Strongly advise others to stay away from this product.

With two kids and a busy kitchen, the Smart Clean Auto Bin has been a game-changer for me. It makes cleanup quick and easy because I can just wave my hand, and the lid opens automatically. The sensor is very responsive, and it’s also easy to change the trash bag because of the wide opening. I love that the bin doesn’t require frequent emptying, thanks to its large capacity. It’s also easy to wipe clean and doesn’t leave fingerprints on the surface. It’s been a big help in keeping our kitchen clean and organized.

After using for around one year, I must say that please do not invest too much money on this machine. Physically the hardware part is too strong and robust. But such machine need strong software also like good app. Here this machine felt very weak. Error messages like "can't reach the destination" or not following the room cleaning commands are too frequent. Eureka Forbes always trying to solve the complaint over virtual video calls and physical inspection is very hard to crack. I must say this machine has quiet naughty brain, and many times it not follows the command.

Dont buy it, after a year usage i am writing review, poor service, no spare parts available , everytime order cancelled even in euraka website also, battery dead after 7 months usage not working, dont go for it.
