Great Tablet!
I got this for our 4 year old son, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tablet. It even comes with a glass screen protector. It is the perfect size, crystal clarity, and best value that I have seen so far. Setting it up is not complicated whatsover, and with it being Android, you are not locked to ONLY certain apps/app stores. It is better than my own personal tablet! GREAT BUY!

Do Not Waste Your Money!
I purchased this tablet in March 2024. By June 2024 the tablet has sections of the screen where it would not respond to touch. You had to turn the table from either landscape view to portrait view to click on things. My daughter didn't mention it until the end of July which is when I tried to contact the seller about the issue. I was told right away to contact Amazon. Which I did. To make a long story short. The tablet says it has a 3 year warranty. I was not given any option for the 3 year warranty and go through Amazon just to get assistance. So, not only is this tablet poor in quality as it was slow, response time in loading items or just even the tablet alone was very poor. Warranty is not honored as you do not know who to really contact about the warranty. If you go to the seller they just automatically tell you contact Amazon. Amazon has a time limit. If you go past that you might get help you might not. It depends on how long it has been. Then you also might not get your full money back as there is a restocking fee. Then the so called case is a joke. It doesn't protect anything because it is too thin and flops around. Just save yourself the headache and the money and DO NOT BUY THIS POORLY MADE TABLET!!!!!!!!

Mejorar el empaquetado
El producto llegó rápido, el empaquetado debería tener más cuidado ya que la caja de la tablet tenía un golpe fuerte, como si le hubiesen golpeado con un martillo. Aunque la caja es gruesa dejo undido el cartón y casi llega a la pantalla del dispositivo. Bolsas de aire estarían bien para protejer el paquete, de resto está funcional. La tablet es rápida en comparación a otras de su precio. No sé laggea y es perfecta para niños.

Great gift but no wall piece to charger
I bought this tablet for my son for making straight A’s on his report card. He loves it and you can’t separate him from it. The only reason I I gave it 4 stars is because the charger didn’t come with a wall piece.

Stopped turning on all of a sudden
I bought this at the beginning of march and my son has used it a handful of times while in the car. It stopped working all of a sudden. Very disappointing in this product
