Outstanding flavor..
Checked reviews before I purchased..was a lot of good ideas and information from others who had previously bought this product..#1 ..don’t use water..#2 mix well with a immersion blender or whisk if you don’t have blender #3 use half gallon of milk,.. 2 cups of vanilla coffee creamer and use half and half for the rest of your required liquid…mine came out great..no after taste or chemical taste or ice crystals…I definitely recommend this product

Used with Almond milk, tastes good but...
I used this in a regular Cuisinart ice cream maker where u put the bowl in the freezer beforehand. One cup of mix, 2 cups of almond milk and a little Italian sweet cream coffee creamer. It did thicken to spoonable soft serve, not sure about it thickening enough for a cone since I don't have that kind of machine. The taste is great, like vanilla coconut, a little sweet but that could have been the almond milk and creamer. BUT THE WEIRD THING IS THERE'S CLEAR ROCK CRYSTALS THAT DON'T DISSOLVE. IT'S ALMOST LIKE HAVING BITS OF SUGAR ROCK CANDY IN THE MIX. NOT SURE IF IT ALWAYS LIKE THAT OR IF THE MIX IS OLD. The powder itself was a little bigger grained texture than a fine powder. THIS MAY CLOG UR SOFT SERVE MACHINE IF YOU GET THE SAME KIND OF MIX I RECEIVED

Doesn't taste good
Vanilla mix doesn't taste good (in my opinion). The stawberry mix is white, I have to add herseys strawberry syrup to make it so it turns pink. All the Brodys mixes leave weird crystalized globs at the bottom of the mixing bowl. I won't be purchasing anymore of this product.

Worked great in the Cuisinart Ice45
Bought this to try in the Cuisinart Ice45. Once I figured out the math, it was easy to use. Here's what I did. There's 3 pounds of product. I divided it to 6 portions of roughly 21 ounces and bagged them. Then add 2 2/3 cup of liquid, mix, then pour it in to the Cuisinart Ice 45. It says you can use milk or water. I tried milk and it came out very tasty. I made a batch yesterday using pineapple juice instead of milk or water and it was great. Going to try some with orange juice to try for that creamsicle taste.

It’s not colored!!
So I may have overlooked it in the description but the this ice cream doesn’t come colored it comes white, also it doesn’t taste very good with water milk helps the flavor some also when mixing the power I’m getting some kind of separation reaction that crystallizes at the bottom of the pitcher it’s hard to describe but i don’t get that with other brands.

Convenient, quality and great value
I found Arctic Ice soft serve mix to be excellent in taste and texture. It compares favorably to the more expensive brands. A 3 pound bag for $16.00 makes 8 quarts of product. I've used it in both a compressor ice cream maker and old style (ice & rock salt) machine with good results. Arctic Ice may not be well known for home use. But it's the brand used by many major theme parks, including that famous mouse. I highly recommend it.
