Great flavour, very drinkable. Mixes well. Comes with its own scoop. Can make thicker or thinner depending upon the amount of liquid added. I use milk. No stomach issues as all. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted that they have reverted to the original chocolate recipe. Great taste, great price 👏 I left a scathing review on the PBN strawberry whey a few days ago after ordering their ‘new and improved’ recipe which tasted of absolutely nothing, but props to PBN for acknowledging the error of their ways with the ‘new and improved’ chocolate flavour, discarding it, and reverting to type ❤️

Too sweet. I love the quality of the powder. It tastes good, but too sweet. I think it has too much sugar and sweeteners. It is also written in the composition that the amount of sugar and sweeteners is relatively large. But for such money it is a very good purchase in my opinion. Powder Dissolves normally in water.

Definitely a solid choice at a very good price point in the current market, especially given the ingredients and nutritional values. 2kg worth of powder for £31.50 at the time of buying for a blend giving 23.4g of protein and 6.1g BCAAs (isoleucine + leucine + valine content (if anyone was interested)) per 30g serving that doesn't cut costs with highly processed soy protein alternatives doesn't get much better than this. I've only really had experience with ON so far, so my frame of reference is from that point of view. Solid compared to them, I can see myself sticking with this when I want to save money. I've had no problems with clumps using a wire ball mixer, there were very small ones stuck to the bottom of my shaker's lid but easily came off with a spoon and I actually don't particularly mind lumps. Not as much a chocolate flavoured as I'm used to, but not bad by any means either. You end up with a thicker consistency than the ON powder but it is noticeably bordering too sweet for me personally. I get around this by adding a bit of water (mixing with milk) which thins and dilutes the sweetness without affecting the flavour. Do want to give a tip about the bag seal since many reviews mention it. When you open it for the first time, run your fingernail along the side which has powder stuck between the two zips it to get the seal working properly. Otherwise, there's no fault of the product itself from my experience, everyone has different tastes and preferences and I've found my way of using it. Great nutrition, great value for money, solid compared to the more premium (and expensive) ON blend.

I never leave a bad review, but this is the only whey supplement that has made me unwell in 20 years. Each time I used it my insides turned to glue. I didn't believe whey protein could cause such an upset, and it tasted fine, so I experimented on and off to confirm this product was to blame. It's completely indigestible for me.

Amazing protein powder; would recommend it if you're on a budget, as it tastes good and has a lot of protein to help you gain muscle in the gym. The chocolates taste good, and I will be buying again.

Its ok.... tastes nice, but the power doesn't mix very well in water, very lumpy and hard to mix properly. I'll persevere and finish it, but probably won't order again, as it's not a pleasant texture to drink.

Finally, after years of holding out I've listened to advice about the need for recovery drinks after intense cycling sessions and frankly I wish I'd started earlier. This supplier is the best value around plus the flavours are very good, I had vanilla or strawberry and as a shake, it is very appetising. I take one spoonful plus 200mL milk or soy milk and it does the job. Now, I don't have dreaded muscle soreness the following morning and my perpetual fear of high-intensity sessions has significantly decreased. Good stuff, highly recommended. The sweetness is from using sucralose which does appear in almost every sugar-free alternative, for example, some sugar-free Skyr yoghurts have it also. It can be quite addictive as it's almost 600 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar).
