I have an extremely difficult time getting my body to sweat due to eczema/dry skin clogging up my follicles. This lifelong problem has resulted in me getting overheated very easily and also really limited my workouts. I’ve tried the neoprene suits before and none of those ever worked. This product has helped me push through that barrier and I am now sweating normally, not getting overheated as easily, and achieving my workout goals. Seriously a game changer!

Day one of my workouts and I can say this was great to workout with, I didn’t even notice I was sweating so I’m like oh no this isn’t working, when I took of the suit I was dripping in sweat(don’t mean to be gross) honestly this works great. I have only used it for two days so I can't comment on any weight loss, but I do sweat A LOT more with this on and that was my goal. It is noisy but it doesn't bother me, I wear it while on the elliptical for 35-40 min and I'm soaked, love it. I will buy again when needed.

I bought a 4XL and it's a nice, baggy fit. I'm 5'7'', 200 lbs. female. I have a 40 inch waist, but unusually skinny arms. In t-shirts I usually wear a size Women's Large. I mean, you want the sauna suit to be baggy, right? Because it doesn't stretch and you're going to be doing exercise in it. After putting it on I realized that it could also double as a rain coat. And then I realized I could have just used my rain coat instead of buying this thing.

I wish I had five more sets of these. They’re very stylish looking- normally I feel like I look completely ridiculous in a sauna suit but with this style I feel comfortable being seen in public with this it almost looks like just a different track suit. It fits perfectly and it’s comfortable. It takes about 30mins to start noticing the sweat during a workout and about 10-15mins to get warm without exercising.

So I normally wear a 1X or 2X in womens and I purchased a Gold Gym Performance sauna suit size 2X/3X. It was too big so I returned it & I saw this sauna suit and thought the quality looked better, plus I liked the fact that it had a complete zip down jacket. I was nervous about purchasing as the size chart and questions & answers was confusing. So hopefully my pictures & detailed review helps. I ordered a 4X as it was directed to order 1 to 2 sizes larger. I thought it would be humongous but it fits like a 2X. Its lightweight, pants have silver lining, a drawstring to tighten as you lose & 2 zipper pockets. Jacket is as described. I would avoid machine wash & putting heavy keys in pockets, but phones & small keys should hold nicely. Overall I'm glad I purchased it. Looks great on, it feels great, easy to put on & take off & it works! I can finally excercise outside without looking like I'm wearing a giant garbage bag. 👍👍

I absolutely love the look but unfortunately I had to return it because it was too small.This is made in Asian sizes so Large is more like Small. I cannot tell if it is made in China or another asian country but definitely Asian made as all labels and packaging have asian writing.You should definitely order at lease 2 sizes up unless you are tiny like an Asian person. This is not meant to be offensive, just stating a fact.

i've bought the super loud plasticky ones. i bought this one a larger size because i wanted to wear it while also doing resitance training and movements other than jogging/running. i love that it has pockets. they may get in the way while doing squats so i just pull them out. the wrists could be a little more fitted but i usually wear a thin long sleeve under and i roll it out and over so it stays in place. im happy with this purchase.
