Richard13418 Elegance Trim Brush with Soft Grip Handle, 3/4"

I have used this brush to paint cabinets and trim. It’s easier to hold than my other brushes. I’ve had very few bristles come out - maybe one per day of use - I think it’s better at getting into grooves on cabinet doors bevsuse of the shape. I would buy it again and recommend to anyone brave enough to untske painting cabinets.

Taping is the WORST part of any painting job, and half the time the paint bleeds under the tape anyway. This brush is amazing for cutting in to get those clean paint lines without the need for tape.As other reviews mentioned, it doesn't hold a lot of paint, but that really isn't a big deal at all. In addition, my hands are typically shaky, so I was worried that I couldn't be steady enough for the lines I wanted. But this brush is so easy to use and control, that I had no problems controlling the paint line

Ordered this brush for inside painting projects last year but foolishly put aside as looked so unusual. This year had a trim job that wasn't going well at all with my usual narrow slant brushes and decided to try this brush after a lot of messy and slow work! What a difference! It worked beautifully for the narrow door jam crevices and corners and 2" sash so efficiently. No brush marks and smooth paint application plus accuracy! Now a must have for all my future paint projects!

Got it for a project of painting large words in cursive... basically like hand/brush lettering...without stencils. It is working great 👍 Soft bristles. Everything about the brush feels sturdy and of good quality

I work at a large scenic and prop design company. There are many many times that edging is required when painting for large corporate clients. These brushes are excellent instead of having to flip over or constantly dip a conventional flat edging brush, you can just load this with paint and it's almost like a marker. It is very easy to control and get into corners. It almost acts like a mop brush for those of you that are familiar with watercolor brushes. When it dries it doesn't have a bunch of stray hairs. All you have to do to retain it s original shape is dip it in the paint. I bought two sizes of this brush. They helped me immensely with some urgent projects. They are just the right size and since they are round instead of flat? it is easier to go around curved edges. And they do hold a lot of paint so you can use them to paint in areas around where you're working as well. I haven't had a bristle fall out of this yet. And the two or three bristles that did seem to want to curl away and become a problem? I just trimmed off with a small pair of scissors. I plan on ordering more. I currently have the one inch and the 3/4. Some smaller ones would come in extremely handy. The handle is sort of a rubbery grip and slightly flexible so you can really get a good grip on it. It's also helps with cleaning. Because when you're trying to get water out of the bristles you can hit it on the edge of something without worrying about breaking the handle. Plus the slight flexibility gives it sort of a whipping effect that throws out more of a water to help it dry. It really is a lifesaver if you're doing edging. You can literally see what you're doing no matter what angle you hold the brush.

I took a chance on this brush because I honestly did not think it would work any better on trim than some of the other brushes I have used. I could not have been more wrong. It is amazing. I normally have to paint the trim, touch up the walls where I painted "outside of the lines," then touch up the trim again. Not with this brush. It is sturdy yet flexible. There are no brush stroke lines and its shape allows you to paint deep on trim where there is carpet on a floor. If all Richard's brushes are as perfect as this trim brush, it would behoove me to purchase the entire fleet of its brushes. Seriously - it took me no less than a third of the time to paint trim with this brush - it is just that easy. It holds the paint well but not too much, it glides along the trim, and picking up any excess does not make a mess of what you have just painted. Cleans up fine - because of its quality it may take a bit more time but it certainly is not difficult.

I have tested brushed from all over,definitely over 200 brushes. This in my top 5. Great brush however it doesn't hold it's shape after you wash it so it would be a good idea to put a rubber band around and a chip clip or other clamp on the tip to hold it's shape. Probably the best first time use brush ever in it's category.

This brush is perfect for detailing and precision for smaller area painting. It is useful for frames and home decor painting. I especially the grip and versatility for the length of this brush to adjust more defined skills personally necessary for projects I find this brush one of the more valuable tools in my closet for painting ( amomg other favorites). This company has made this brush to adapt most populations authentic abilities physiological and or skills. i like the ability it has to clean and have removed excess drops or mishaps of paint on the areas other than the painting fibers. Other brushes require more time and use of harsh chemicals where as the usual vinagar mixtures used does a quick cleaning. The quality of the brushes investmented in matters to my preferred desires to restore good as new after each use. Naturally, heavy user of painting products and tools are stocked by trial and errors in my experience trying other brands in mind " not all brushes or useages of them in one or more than one paint brush are equal. This goes to to the better out comes combined with desire, passion, selected interests as a beginner to advanced user, uniqueness of each person's limitations out side their physiological controls and the quality of the products being applied. I recommend this brush for any one who may also enjoy having quality brushes! The costs are very reasonable and appreciated!

When first received, looked like very good quality. However after only one use/wash, brush hair was falling out in chunks and the metal ring came off. It was only used with latex paint.

Love this little brush. Didn't know what I was getting when I got it, and because of how amazing this little thing is, I bought another one. Probably going to buy another one sometime soon. It is perfect for Trends. I haven't needed to use tape for trimming since I bought this thing and I am not a good painter, by any means, I kind of suck, but, this little brush has saved me so much time. Would buy this by the dozen.
