Poor After-Sales Support/ NO WARRANTY
Do not buy this product. Within 10 months, the jet spray started leaking due to an internal handle/regulator issue. Nothing was broken externally. The technician confirmed it looked like a manufacturing defect and sent proof to the company. Hindware rejected the warranty claim without explanation. Very disappointing service. A product failing within a year should not be dismissed like this. Had to buy a replacement at my own cost. Poor quality and worse customer support

Really doubt is this is hindware.. feels very plasticy .... When u hold it feels very cheap n feels like it won't last long .... The flow of water feels like it is to attack someone ...

I want repair/replacement of parts.
Since 24 th March 2024 I have purchased 5 numbers of these item.But the item purchased 21 st January-2025 was defective as 1).Faucet Spray is Leaking, 2).Delivery Tube near Faucet Spray Joint Punctured. Repeatedly raised complaint, representative have lastly visited on 08.08.2025,but till today (06.09.2025) no solution obtained. It's really unexpected.
