I must be honest. At first, I thought this was going to be just like the rest of those so called “best dandruff” products and I definitely wasn’t fond of the price but OMG. I’ve been battling flakes, itchy scalp, semi balding for years now and I’ve tried every product I could get my hands on. This product has blown my mind and it has relieved me of my itchiness by day two. I am on day three and my scalp just feels so clean and refreshed. I don’t ever recommend products but I am recommending this one 1000%. I know the price is a little high but trust me, it is worth it. I am just so grateful to have some relief when it comes to my scalp and my dry hair. I will be stocking up on this product for sure. 🙏

I’ve been using it just once a week, and my dry skin is completely gone. No more flakes, no more scabs, no more dodging black shirts. My scalp and beard feel nourished, not stripped, and I can rock my full beard without a second thought. The routine is simple but effective: I wet everything down, apply a quarter-sized dollop of the cooling peppermint shampoo to my scalp and beard, massage it in with the scalp massager for a full five minutes (that brush is a beast—it digs in without irritating, like a mini spa session), then rinse. Follow up with the conditioner for another five minutes, focusing on the beard and ends, and rinse again. It stings a little at first—like a tingle from the 2% pyrithione zinc kicking in—but it’s a small price for the payoff.  The scent is fresh and forest-like, not some overpowering medicated funk, which is a huge win for daily wear. The massager deserves its own shoutout—it’s soft-bristled silicone that exfoliates gently while you lather, helping the formula penetrate without scratching up your scalp.  And being sulfate- and paraben-free means no dryness rebound, just healthy, hydrated hair that actually stays flake-free longer than anything else I’ve tried.  Sure, the initial sting and cost might turn some off, but for guys battling chronic dandruff or beard-area dryness like I was, this is worth every penny. It’s restored my confidence—no more hiding behind hoodies or awkward beard trims. If you’re tired of half-measures, give Flakes a shot. 5/5 stars; my scalp (and sanity) thanks you.

This has been the best dandruff treatment I have ever bought. The first few days I was a little concerned because it made me get excessive dandruff more than what I had but after a week of using it, it has kept me completely clean. It removed all redness and itchiness completely. Best product 👌.

It works great for bad dandruff. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s pricey and not a huge container.

Results timeframe: I didn’t see results until 2 weeks of using it. Smell: Really good — the conditioner has the best smell. Experience: When I put the conditioner in, I felt my scalp open up. I scrapped my scalp before getting in the shower to clear my scalp as much as I can. Post-Care: For my hair texture, I just hydrate or moisturize my scalp to keep the flakes and dryness away.

i was using an extra strength head and shoulders shampoo for my seborrheic dermatitis and it worked great until they changed the formula. after struggling to find something that worked, i kept seeing ads for flakes on instagram. the price made me hesitate so i waited a few months before finally pulling the trigger. it actually works really well. it helped get my seborrheic dermatitis under control but i still thought $54 for 2 bottles was wild. then i checked their website and found it’s way cheaper if you subscribe, 2 bottles for $39 or 4 for $68. i ended up subscribing to the 4 bottle plan every 60 days which is way more manageable. now i’m just hoping they don’t change the formula.

After just two days of use, I have seen amazing improvement in my dandruff. I have tried every off the shelf dandruff shampoo known to man over the years but none have reduced my flakes like this product has. I am very happy with it.

This shampoo has changed my life. I had very bad scalp irritation, flakes, yellow crystals on my scalp, constant itching and redness. Nizoral worked for an hour after use and went right back to irritation. FLAKES has completely resolved my issues. I've been using it for 4 months. It started working immediately for me. I only use the shampoo so I wish they sold the conditioner separately. Have to use it sparingly because its a bit steep in price.
