Great fit with a 42 for me.
I thought that the advertising telling me that the sizes are correct for UK was probably going to be wrong. however the were telling the truth and they fit me perfectly. I have purchased 5 pairs so far. I use one pair for home use like a slipper as they are so comfortable and on pair forTai Chi. I rotate them as they wear out. 1 pair wil last me about 9 months. I love them. Cotton soles are very sturdy and help grip when practicing.

Measure your feet!
I have only given these 4 stars because of the difficulty in knowing what size to order. The shoes themselves are comfortable & seem to be well made - time will tell on that one. We have recently started doing Tai Chi & we were finding that trainers didn't work well on the floor of the hall where we train. These shoes have proved to be ideal & make it much easier to do the moves as they don't "stick" to the floor like trainers do.With regard to the size -people had commented that the shoes tend to be a bit big so first we measured our feet. Mine were 235mm. I am normally a UK 5/ EU 37 but I do sometimes buy a UK 4 so I decided to go with the 235mm & they fit perfectly. My husband is a UK 9/ EU 43 but after reading the comments he decided to go for the 275mm & they are OK. He says they are just a bit on the big side but a smaller size would be too tight. Also, we are both wearing fairly thick sports socks with them, with thinner socks they might be a bit too big.

Wide foot? High instep? No worries!
This is a good shoe and as described. I was a bit hesitant in ordering as I have both a wide foot and a high instep. Too many times have I experienced, with this design of shoe, not even being able to get my foot in far enough to check the width further down. I was pleasantly surprised that these just slipped on as they should. I am a size 6, (sometimes going up 1/2-1 size if a narrow shoe), but I measured my foot length as instructed and ordered the size recommended. Plenty of room. They may even become a bit slack with wear but I can cope with that... additional insoles perhaps or socks.

Not really suitable for Wing Chun
I bought these to wear for wing chun practice, but they were unsuitable. They made performing turns uncomfortable. The grip holds you back, so it's hard to turn, and then the material of the shoe pulls. But they are very comfortable. I use them around the house as slippers, and they are very good for this.

Nice light weight shoes
I don't use these for Tai Chi so no point going on about that, I mainly use them for in house footwear. If you do want to wear them outside, they aren't very comfortable unless you gradually get used to it. Just due to the sole being very thin, you will feel everything you step on, and if your used to wearing thick sole shoes, you'll put your foot down harder which can be a bit jarring.Wearing them outside does wear down the sole pretty quickly with it being so thin as wellI do buy new ones semi-regularly when I need them since they are very convenient and I like the feel of the thin sole now.

Nice shoe.
Initially they felt slightly small but having had similar products before they always give after a day or so. Wearing them round the house for a few days allowed them the stretch slightly and now they are perfect. They appear well made with a good sole and are very comfortable to wear.

Fit for purpose
I bought these for Tai Chi classes. The shoes are soft & light on the feet but the sizings are not accurate. I ordered a UK size 5 but the shoes I received are closer to a UK size 6! Seller should advise UK buyers to chose 1 size smaller than their normal shoe size. The shoes are also a bit wide too - more like a man's width. All in all good value for the price so far.

Ideal for Tai Chi
I bought these for Tai Chi and am very happy with how well they fit and feel. Very lightweight, plenty of strength. Good grip. Flexible. I can see these lasting some time before they need replacement. I don't wear them outside, but could, and I imagine they'd be fine with relatively light use for that in the summer. Good for slopping around at home.As Tai Chi shoes, they are brilliant.
