Was skeptical that velcro could hold the 30lb dumbbell, but it did, with zero complication.

Ordered these to assist with strength training in my wife's hip after surgery. Great thing I can say about it is it works as expected. Downsides are that it can only handle so much weight without becoming too imbalanced and difficult to use. After a few weeks of use, it's usable in her regular routine so I advise to take your time and get used to it. I also recommend using Kettlebells vs. dumbbells because they seem to be more stable. The quality appears top notch and worth the price.

I work out predominantly from home, and I don’t have much space for big machinery… This really helps so that I can facilitate using my hand weights, but still get in gym like workouts. It’s very durable and comfortable to wear. The Velcro quality is great.
