Beautiful design, however, the item received is not good quality. Uneven mounting of gem and two prongs missing. The hammering of the prongs is roughly evident in an area where they did not file and polish afterwards. The overall appearance of the gem setting is poorly done. However, the gem itself is beautiful. It has many small scratches on the face. It's like a glass coffee table that you allow guests to place their drinks on without a coaster, over and over again.... Not a 'new' looking gem. The uneven bottom of the ring shows that it was sized up after being made. Modest imperfections of a handmade ring are acceptable and can be considered charming. These imperfections on this ring are unacceptable. The only charm of this item is that it is not returnable. They can send you whatever they want to and just get by with poor review. As this is the second of three rings that I've ordered through the seller I'm apprehensive of what the third ring is going to look like. The first ring was beautiful, nicely designed and executed. I gave it a top rating.
