This is spectacular! I have eczema that is managed by dupixent. My dermatologist actually gave me a sample of this when I visited the office. I had to purchase the big bottle after trying it out! The soap was a great alternative to doing a bleach bath. My skin feels a lot better after using this soap. It is not harsh on me.

This stuff is the best! I use it for HS flare ups. A little pricey, but a little goes a long ways. Worth every penny!

Very good product, very useful eczema

This stuff is amazing, my son suffers from eczema, and our dermatologist had given us some samples of this. I caved in and finally bought a bottle and I’m so glad that I did. I try to not use it more than once a week but every time that we do use it, I see results within a day.

My dermatologist advised I use this for HS. The product is fine. It's the container that creates issues. The product is a clear gel. The container is made of hard, thick plastic, much thicker than it needs to be, so squeezing out the gel is more difficult than it should be. I store it upside down, so that gravity helps with the dispensing, but it doesn't stand upside down securely, so I have to prop it up with a shower basket. It's a frustrating hassle for such an expensive product.

As someone with HS, this wash has been WONDERFUL for my flare areas. I haven’t had an active flare since using this wash (September). I tend to not get flares in the summer because I’m in the pool so much, but winter months I needed something to combat it. This has worked wonders AND allowed me to stay active which also helps with my HS. Very grateful for this product.

It’s a great skin cream wash for dry or itchy skin.

It might be working slightly, but I haven’t noticed a significant change with my son’s eczema. Also the price is super expensive for the amount you get.

I’ve been having the most painful HS flare ups. I was prescribed dermol and fucibet by my derm but it did nothing for me. However, since switching to this (and using it alongside the fucibet), things have improved drastically within just two days!!! I’m so happy I’ve found this. It’s really improved how I’ve been feeling. :)

I have spent alot of money buying this stuff for my sons with eczema over the year and never had a problem. I have always recieved it quickly with no hassle but this time the safety seal was half open and that's unusual because they are normally tough to pull off. I sent a message to request a refund or replacement but I was sent a return label instead and had to return the product before I got a replacement. Without a printer or means to print that just didn't work for me. I also cannot go long without this product or my sons skin is scratched bare and bloody.

As described, would buy again

Seems to be working fine. But I will need a few more months of usage.
