Tastes like pure alcohol NOT caramel!
Awful alcohol taste! Perhaps, if used in dishes that have to cooked at high heat some of the overbearing alcohol taste would evaporate?! Otherwise, in my opinion, this product cannot be used for caramel flavoring in yogurt, smoothies, or anything in which you would not want a predominantly alcohol taste. The overriding alcohol taste was SO prevalent that there was little to no caramel flavor that came through!
