Impressed with quality and function of all three track systems and pulleys. They really are durable and well made. Had expected to get different screws to go into ceiling joists due to legnth needed so cheap screws mentioned by others not an issue. Putting sections together for 210" area- easy. Pulleys roll very smoothly and you cannot feel it roll over joints, even with my 6 heavier blackout drapes weighing 23 lbs total. Cutting track was not hard. Only CAUTION was manufacturer plastic packaging does not handle transport well. end with hardware has no support other than thin rigid plastic. While tracks arrived in pristine condition with pulleys secured on it with endcaps, all 3 tracks came broken open at hardware end. One had pieces missing. So packaging protected track because track added structure, but all 3 looked like it had been hit and arrived broken open enough to let little pieces escape at hardware joint. One was missing a hardware. wall and ceiling connectors were sturdy. But if u are needing more than included 1 or 2 conectors they expect you to need contact mfr. In advance to put extra in. Packaging design could use improvement. Even cardboard stiffners at hardware end would have eliminated issues. But company was very helpful when I made inquiries and Amazon sent replacement track so I could scavage missing parts. So be aware yours could arrive with missing piece or two. company will send but replacements take several weeks. Appreciate that Amz. sent replacement order quickly. I returned the scavaged replacement track but mfr/Amazon expected me to create a long box to replace their broken one for the return: used tape and boxcutter on amazon box from unrelated order and created better than mfr packed. Overall, still highly recomment this track system. Still worth hassle and cost to have heavy well made track and top quality pulleys.

Well made and bearings glide without any afford. I will be very happy if it lasts.

I had installed a cheaper version several years ago and, after the rollers getting stuck at the joints every time, I decided to upgrade to this product. It is superior in every way possible. I received all of the necessary hardware in a long tube. The track sections are even individually wrapped in shrink wrap to protect them from scratching in transit. After measuring and cutting one of the three rails, they were extremely easy to install. Unlike the previous version that needed to be mounted directly into the ceiling, this comes with sets of brackets to attach to the wall or ceiling with quick releases to easily install (or uninstall) this product (I was able to install the 3.3 meter track by myself). The rollers are exponentially better than the cheap rollers I had been using and the plastic runners inside the track makes for very smooth rolling. My only regret is that I did not purchase this product sooner.

I had been putting up with my outdated vertical blinds for a long time because I couldn't find an alternative that would work on my wide patio doors. I am so glad I found this track system. It's very thoughtfully designed, and there doesn't seem to be anything else available that compares. There are other similar options, but this set seems superior in every way if you closely compare features. As was the case with another reviewer, I also received the curtain tracks without any hardware. I notified the seller, and they were very responsive and accommodating. It did take a little bit of extra time for me to receive the replacement hardware from China, but it was worth the wait because there is no other option that's comparable to this set. In the end, this track system turned out to be excellent. The rollers are very sturdy and smooth. The track was easy to cut to the size I needed, and installation was straightforward. In short, I highly recommend this item and seller.

This would honestly be a five star review if the mounts weren’t so visible. I’ve never felt a curtain this large move with such ease. It was easy to install (for someone with experience) and works perfectly.

Had previously ordered a double track from another company that never arrived. I had a handyman on the schedule to install today and I needed a replacement immediately. Took a chance on these - had to order 2 singles rather than a double. Ordered Thursday and delivered on Friday. I LOVE this track system! 2 singles were a little more expensive than a double track but I like that I could space the single tracks a little wider than the double - the curtains are layered and I wanted the extra space in between the tracks so the top layer doesn’t drag the back layer (sheers) when opening and closing the drapes. No issue with the wheels getting caught at the joint. And the pulleys are not noisy. I’m glad I paid a handy man to install. Was a little tricky and hanging from the ceiling awkward. That said, these tracks are not coming down! You can space the brackets as needed. The handyman was able to install attaching the brackets to the ceiling beams. Once installed you can move the tracks to ensure the tracks are centered over the window. Make certain to order extra pulleys. The single tracks each only had 25 pulleys and the end caps. I purchased the 9 meter track and installing 4 pleated sheers to fit over an 8 ft window. I need an additional 9 pulleys. I was able to order the pulleys from the same store with 1 day delivery so I can finish handing the curtains tomorrow. .

I have ordered four of these now, and two arrived undamaged and complete; the other two arrived with the thin plastic carton crushed and broken, and all mounting hardware missing. It is a shame to give such a good product such a poor review, but the seller invites this response by wrapping their clever, well-made product in a package doomed to fail. To begin with, the curtain rails are very long and awkward by nature of their function, and even though the rails themselves aren't likely to be damaged, the hardware that comes with them, packed loosely at the end, almost ensures that the extremely thin, brittle plastic wrap will, at some point, be shattered. These rails satisfied my need, but having to rewrap and return half of them shouldn't be necessary. Revised review: Just dropped my review from two stars to one as half of the rollers have broken, and I gave up replacing them and am starting over with a different system altogether, just call me disgusted!!!

We have a heavy tarp curtain and have already gone through a different curtain track. I bought this curtain track as a replacement and it has been outstanding. It is heavy-duty and high quality. The plastic glide inserts in the rails paired with the steel ball-bearing rollers has made opening and closing the heavy curtain VERY easy. It does not bind up and it has held up to repeated openings and closing of the curtain daily.
